RESERVATION 


Check-In 03:00 PM / Check-Out 11:00 AM - Early Check-In Fee $25.00 based on availability - Late Check-Out Fee $25.00 per hour - Minimum Age to Register: 21 years. Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel's designated check-in time. Occupancy prior to check-in time on the date of the reservation cannot be confirmed unless the hotel has availability and payment for the previous night is received by the hotel prior to arrival either by credit card accepted by the hotel or a deposit.

PAYMENT POLICY


All reservations are required to be guaranteed with a major credit card and must be presented at check-in including a Valid ID. The card will be charged upon check-in for the anticipated amount for the room. Please note A-debit card authorization will remove funds from your account immediately and it may take up to (14) business days to release holds on debit accounts.

LOCAL DEPOSIT 


Guest living within 30-mile radius a $200 CASH DEPOSIT is required at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancel before 4:00PM hotel time, the day of arrival to avoid a charge.

NO SHOW POLICY


Failure to arrive at hotel on the day booked for arrival and one (1) night room charge will be applied.

REQUEST POLICY

All requests (room#, connecting room, balcony, etc.) are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

OCCUPANCY POLICY


An extra person charges will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room. Roll-away beds are not permitted in a guest room with two double beds. Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation.

PET POLICY

​

Max1 dog per room $50 non-refundable cleaning fee for 1-2 nights, $25 per night for 3 or more nights, with a maximum of $100 per stay.

SMOKING POLICY


Non-Smoking in ALL Guest ROOMS and Public Area. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building. A minimum of $250 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should any type of smoking and/or residue of smoke occur anywhere inside the hotel or in a guest room. Incl. e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.
